A focused update designed to refresh and strengthen your knowledge in prescription-only medicines.  Topics include legal and ethical considerations, pharmacology, indications beyond the digital block, MSDs, management of LA failure, medico-Legal Issues

An engaging session exploring lower limb neuroanatomy, practical local anaesthetic techniques, and clinical application.

A hands-on workshop introducing practical ultrasound applications relevant to podiatry and lower limb assessment.

Accommodation Notes

Additional accommodation and hotel charges are payable directly to the hotel and are subject to availability.

Registration & Inclusions

Your registration fee includes only the items specifically listed under “Inclusions”.

All other expenses are the responsibility of the delegate, including but not limited to:

  • Flights and travel arrangements
  • Airport transfers
  • Ski passes and equipment hire
  • Additional meals and beverages
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses and activities

Accommodation Included with Your Conference Ticket Package

Where you purchase a Conference + Accommodation ticket, your ticket includes accommodation for one registered conference delegate only at Chalet Hôtel Le Prieuré & Spa, Chamonix, for the nights included in the event package.

Breakfast for the registered delegate is included with the accommodation.

Room allocation

Rooms are allocated as part of our group booking with the hotel. Room type, configuration and allocation are subject to availability and the arrangements agreed with the hotel.

Your ticket provides accommodation for you as the registered delegate. It does not include accommodation, breakfast or other hotel services for a partner, family member, friend or other guest.

Additional guests

If you would like a partner, family member or other guest to stay in your room, you must arrange this directly with Chalet Hôtel Le Prieuré & Spa.

Any extra cost for an additional guest, including accommodation, breakfast, tourist tax or other hotel charges, is your responsibility and must be paid directly to the hotel.

The hotel will decide whether an additional guest can be accommodated in your allocated room and what charges apply.

Extra nights

Your conference ticket only includes accommodation for the nights stated in your ticket package.

If you wish to arrive earlier, stay longer or make any other change to your accommodation dates, you must arrange this directly with the hotel.

Extra nights are subject to the hotel’s availability and rates and are not included in your conference ticket.

Room changes and upgrades

Requests for room upgrades, different room types, additional occupants, accessibility requirements or other changes to your hotel booking must be discussed directly with the hotel.

Any extra charges arising from these requests are payable directly to the hotel.

Your arrangements with the hotel

Any accommodation or hotel service that you arrange directly with Chalet Hôtel Le Prieuré & Spa is a separate arrangement between you and the hotel.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • additional guests;
  • additional nights;
  • room upgrades or changes;
  • parking;
  • additional meals or breakfasts;
  • minibar, bar or restaurant purchases;
  • spa treatments and other hotel services; and
  • any other personal charges incurred during your stay.

Ultimate Podiatrist / Ian Reilly / the conference organiser is not responsible for the availability, price, cancellation terms or fulfilment of additional accommodation or services arranged directly between you and the hotel.

Changes to the registered delegate

Accommodation included in a Conference + Accommodation ticket is linked to the registered conference delegate and cannot be separately transferred, sold or assigned to another person.

Hotel terms

During your stay, you must comply with the hotel’s usual guest terms, policies and reasonable requirements. You are responsible for any personal charges, loss or damage charged to you by the hotel.

Travel arrangements

Flights, airport transfers, ground transport, ski passes, ski or equipment hire, travel insurance and other travel costs are not included in the Conference + Accommodation ticket unless expressly stated otherwise.

We strongly recommend that delegates arrange appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, winter sports where applicable, travel disruption and other risks relevant to their trip.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before 29 October 2026 are refundable less a ÂŁ50 admin fee. No refunds are available from 30 October 2026 onwards, including non-attendance.

Delegates are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering, for example, but not limited to, cancellation, illness, travel disruption, and pe rsonal belongings.


Program Changes

While every effort will be made to deliver the program as advertised, Ultimate Podiatrist and Ian Reilly reserve the right to modify session times, topics, presenters, or formats where necessary to ensure the quality and relevance of the educational experience.


Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers, delegates will receive a full refund of conference registration fees paid.

Ultimate Podiatrist and Ian Reilly are not responsible for additional costs incurred by delegates, including flights, accommodation outside the conference package, travel bookings, equipment hire, or other personal expenses.
