Please note: travel, accommodation, ski hire and lift passes are not included.
Terms & Conditions
- Delegates who purchase tickets after August 1st 2025, are required to stay at Le Prieure for a minimum of four nights. Indicative rates are £195 (including breakfast) for a twin room for the four nights of the conference. Accommodation can be booked by emailing [email protected]. Quote the code IREILLY to receive the conference rate.
- Anything other than the inclusions listed are not included, such as, but not limited to accommodation, travel or ski passes.
- Cancellation policy: Conference ticket refundable (less £50 deductible) if cancelled before January 31st, 2026. No refunds provided from February 1st, 2026. Accommodation fully refundable until March 8th, 2026.
- Course leader cancellation policy. Ian will endeavour to avoid course cancellation wherever possible. Delegates must, however, understand that in exceptional circumstances, the conference may have to be cancelled. In such an event, there will be a full refund of the conference fee. Cancellations occur rarely but remain a possibility.
- Ian reserves the right to adjust, amend or change course programmes as deemed appropriate to ensure that the. learning/CPD needs of the group are met.
- Your registration details are kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Ultimate Podiatrist and Ian Reilly will receive your registration name and email.
